Shipping Policy

 

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated by the weight of your package. 

Items are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Most packages make their way out Tuesdays. Weekends are not included in delivery times. Delays may occur due to holidays, inclement weather and other USPS exceptions which are beyond our control. 

Undeliverable Packages: 

  • It is your responsibility as a customer to ensure you are inputting the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is delivered back to our business due to an incorrect, insufficient or undeliverable address. The customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. In this case, the customer will be invoiced with the rate for their package in order to get it re-delivered to the correct address. 

Other: 

  • If there is an issue with your tracking number or delivery, please contact USPS before contacting us. Once tracking numbers are delivered to you and a package in USPS possession  is marked delivered we are not responsible for them. 
  • All our shipments include a tracking number which is usually sent to your email or telephone number depending on what you checkout with. If you have any issues with an order being confirmed delivered and have not received it, please contact USPS directly to investigate your concern. 
  • Shipping costs cannot be combined when you place multiple orders. Reason being is that every item is weighed. When you checkout, your label is made based according to the weight of every item you added to your cart. Any extra weight beyond the issued shipping label can cause it to be voided, failing to transit. 

Pretty Little Pistol Boutique is not to be held accountable for damaged goods upon receiving them. We ensure when packaging that items are in excellent, new condition and safely send them in a poly/bubble mailer that suits your order. We offer route protection which is up to the customer to purchase at checkout. Without this protection program added to checkout, the only other option for the customer would be to file a claim on USPS’s website.
