Modifications & Cancellations

MODIFICATIONS

We understand sometimes mistakes are made. Sometimes a customer will select the wrong size at checkout. Most importantly we ask that you PLEASE double and triple check your cart before confirming your order. Though, we do sympathize and if you reach out, there is a possibility we can modify the order for you. We can try to edit your order and put the size needed. Though, if for some reason this isn't possible (item is out of stock) then we can offer you a Pretty Little Pistol Boutique E-Gift card in the amount of your original order.

Once orders are placed, we cannot edit the payment method used to purchase. PLP cannot edit/cancel orders to use a different method. For example, if you checkout using shop pay or your regular debit/credit card, we cannot cancel or modify the order in order to use Sezzle or Afterpay. Those payment methods would have had to be selected at checkout. 

CANCELLATIONS

Pretty Little Pistol Boutique does not offer cancellations of orders. We can help modify if need be for a different size or another item of the same price but we will not cancel an order entirely. If you wish not to receive the items you ordered, we can restock them and issue you a Pretty Little Pistol Boutique E-Gift Card.
