RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
As of August 6, 2021, Pretty Little Pistol Boutique will gladly be accepting returns and/or exchanges of UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED or UNALTERED women’s clothing purchased on our website for a STORE CREDIT (Pretty Little Pistol Boutique E-Gift Card) within 7 days from your orders delivery.
TAGS MUST STILL BE ON THE ITEMS.
We will offer exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.
*Please note that the customer IS responsible for returned shipping fees. You are to package and purchase a label addressed back to the return address on your package.
*Items must be received back to the return address 7 business days after notification of return/exchange.
If the item you desire to exchange for is sold out, the customer will be contacted and instead receive a store credit for the item.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED. The following are considered final sale items:
